Biografi SingkatKiki Adi Kurnia was born and raised in Bandung, a history-rich city deriving from Dutch colonial settlement and presence of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). After receiving Bachelor of Science (in Chemistry) from ITB in 2006, he has been living abroad to pursue higher education and, ultimately, his carrier. In 2008 and 2011, he received Master of Science (by Research) and Doctor of Philosophy in Chemical Engineering, respectively, from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. He then moved to Portugal to join with Prof. Coutinho’ research group in Universidade de Aveiro, as postdoctoral researcher. During his time in Portugal, he published more than 30 research articles in various high impact journals, as well as traveling throughout European continental. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS, Malaysia. His research focuses on development of ionic liquids for separation and purification of CO2 from natural gas, as well as advance material for gas storage. At this time, he has published 48 research articles, with H-Factor 20.
